You are leaving out that testimony showed he stayed in his car until the 911 operator asked for his location...which is the reason Zimmerman says he got out of his car -- and then was on his way back when he was attacked.

I think you must have watched a different trial then the one all others covered. Notice that Zimmerman was already following Martin when he called 911, and then lost sight of him after Martin ran away. Zimmerman then continued to try to find him, and Martin confronted him.

After looking at a few of them, it appears the judge in many of those cases refused to allow the defendant to use Stand Your Ground. But the Left thinks the consequences of the Martin case will lead to killers getting away with murder by using it.

FACT: The safest place for blacks in the US is in the company of whites! When whites commit violence and rape, they target blacks less than 5% of the time. Even a nice man like Juan Williams seems incapable of seeing the truth when it comes to black violence. Williams was fired from Public radio/television for saying he's uncomfortable in the company of Muslims. He justified his discomfort by pointing out that Muslims are the ones blowing up airplanes, beheading Christians, shooting young women who simply want an education, etc. Williams was obviously profiling Muslims based on indisputable facts. Why is it only Zimmerman who has a responsibility to retreat? Martin had four minutes of opportunity to retreat and go home. Martin didn't go home. Instead, he waited four minutes, confronted Zimmerman, sucker-punched him and broke his nose, and started bashing his head on the concrete. It's apparent that Martin too was a racist bigot. Perhaps he figured he had a right to ambush any "creepy-ass cracker" who offended his sensibilities.

Rigging the jury with all females was not about obtaining justice for the young victim, but was about covering up a murder. Women are not men, can never be men and don't think like men. The intention of a jury with no men just as it turned out was to circumvent justice not obtain justice for the victim in this case.

Zimmerman was "retreating" back to his vehicle when he was confronted and then instantly attacked by Martin. Your account of what happened that night is not factual and not what was discussed in the court room.
