SCROTUS chief John Marshall committed a logical fallacy by interpreting the Constitution as giving his gang the right to interpret the Constitution. The question should not be whether SCROTUS is violating what you think is your side's interpretation, but whether Judicial Review should exist at all.
As always, what Opinionists who have been placed above us tell us is the main issue misses the point. Man up and tell all of them to shut up.

Modern leftists believe leftist judges are rulers that cannot be disobeyed while believing conservative judges are wicked and whose rulings are subject to leftist commoner review before accepting or obeying.
