What kind of stupidity is behind the attempt to blame Republicans for murder rates. If you are serious about facts and rates, why not show what percentage of the white race commits murder as compared to what percent of blacks commit murder. You may be shocked to uncover the facts, if you can. You may not be able to get the facts because government agencies tend to ignore details like that which might offend blacks and liberals.
