Banks did not claim Trump overvalued his properties. Besides, banks who claimed they were not defrauded did their own evaluations of his properties. Letitia James is not a mortgage expert, not a realtor, and not a business expert. None of her extremely low valuations of Trump's properties were ever verified by qualified experts, yet the democrats secured a judgment against Trump based upon the power of the democrat party in NY and the ignorance of their leftist jurors.
