If Politicans arent taxing the wealthy 42% ?

Then how come the Ordinary guy has to pay 42% when he wins Mega Millions Lotto? How come Hollywood,Network TV News achormen, NFL,MLB and the NBA Players have to pay 32% when they make a 5 million dollar contract? Thats why 32% isnt enough for the wealthy to pay! I think it should be 45% taxes on their income.
