He was acquitted in the second because the GOP had the numbers in the senate to block it.

You should realise, but you won't because you've never read the constitution on impeachment, that impeachment is the process NOT THE RESULT.

If someone is impeached it means the process towards a verdict has commenced. The resulting verdict is irrelevant but the impeachment remains with that person for his life.

Furthermore, Trump was found guilty on the charge of the quid pro quo with Ukraine and is now recorded in history. It doesn't mean he has to be stood down from the presidency.
