Grandpa Warmonger's buddy Rev. John Hagee has some explaining to do. In fact, for that matter, so does John McCain.

Hagee, the crazy evangelical and apparently anti semitic pastor and endorser of Sen. John McCain, argued in a late 1990s sermon that the Nazis had operated on God's behalf to chase the Jews from Europe and shepherd them to Palestine. According to the Rev, Adolph Hitler was a "hunter," sent by God, who was tasked with expediting God's will of having the Jews re-establish a state of Israel.

"Then god sent a hunter. A hunter is someone with a gun and he forces you. Hitler was a hunter. And the Bible says -- Jeremiah writing -- 'They shall hunt them from every mountain and from every hill and from the holes of the rocks,' meaning there's no place to hide. And that might be offensive to some people but don't let your heart be offended. I didn't write it, Jeremiah wrote it. It was the truth and it is the truth. How did it happen? Because God allowed it to happen.

This is so funny,

A man that knew McCain indirectly has some explaining to do and so does McCain but Obama sat in a racist church for 20 years soaking up that crap and we shouldnt talk about it, stick to the issues. or else we are racists!!!!

cute :)

actually to in a strange way hitler did fullfill something that God from scripture said would happen. Israel became a nation again after WW2, just like the prophecy from the OT said would happen.

God used many evil and wicked people in history to fulllfill things

Nero who made hitler look like a kindergartener was used to fullfill the prophecy of Israel's distruction too.

Oh, so now Hitler is OK with you too. After all, he was just fulfilling God's will. You know, you could apply the silly God's will argument to anything in history if you wish. including 9/11. Heck, Falwell and Robertson claimed that was God's will also. Do you agree with their statements as well?

Another point, unlike McCain with Hagee, Obama has not stood on stage with Wright and accepted his accolades this year

You know, you claim repeatedly that your state is made up of mostly communists and socialists, then you attempt to defend a crazy anti semitic and anti catholic pastor. There seems to be an extremely unpalatable trend here, why am I not surprised?

This gamut to duck all the people who molded the young Obama (commies, anti-white racists) won't work - I hope someone is working on the ads that at last confront what the lib media evaded. Wish it were me. :) Maybe I can do something for youtube.

1. Hagee and McCain only know each other cordially. McCain doesn't attend Hagee's church. Calling McCain a warmonger, too, is a little childish...don't you think?

2. Can you prove that Hitler wasn't someone God sent to exact his punishment on the Jewish people? I always find it funny how when things don't go according to one's wishes, that it's never possible God would be involved. God should only do good things and never let bad things happen. After all, who the hell is God to do what he wants? He should bow to my will and do whatever I want him to do.

McCain actively pursued Hagee's endorsement and once receiving it, claimed he was "proud" to have it. They appeared on stage together during the announcement fawning over each other. Much more than cordial.

BTW, considering your screen name, you have absolutely no room to refer to anyone else or their posts as "childish."

Correct, he did say he was proud to have the endorsement. But he rejected it after having learned of Hagee's feelings towards Catholics and, most recently, the Hitler/Jew issue. Contrast that with what NoObamanation said above - Obama sat in that church with "Rev." Wright for 20 years and never condemned anything he said, until, of course, it was politically expedient to do so. Are you saying there's no difference?

There it is - the requisit ad hominem attack, which is a typical liberal response to any challenge to their thinking. Ignore the isssue, attack the messanger. Hopefully he'll cower and go away. Sorry dude! I'm not like that. Either address the issue without resorting to personal attacks or don't bother writing anything.

McCain only repudiated Hagee's comments after the uproar over the latest Hitler remarks (the subject of the OP). Hagee is obviously some kind of neo nazi pastor and the fact that McCain has been kissing his ass will not go away as quickly as you or others may like.

I'd like McCain to explain how he could actively pursue an endorsement from a man who appears to hate almost everybody and holds Hitler up as an agent of God.

I didn't start the personal attacks, you did. That said, I think it might be a nice idea if both of us refrained from anymore in the future. However, if you wish to continue I'll play along, as your typical fascist leaning conservative, such as yourself, presents so many pleasant openings.

First off McCain searched out the Hagee endorsement for almost a year because in his now all too famous way he was Flip Floppin' all over the place again.

This time trying to embrace the evangelical crazy train where before when he was "the maverick" he condemned them as intolerant. This also shows poor judgment and a campaign that one wouldn't want in the White House. One that just shoots from the hip without checking out what's really going on... i.e. as George Bush does.

This is much worse than being a member of a church and having a Reverend in that church go off on his own and make some statements as HE saw Blacks being affected.

Barack Obama doesn't share these feelings never did. He comes from a completely different generation. It's ridiculous to believe that Senator Obama couldn't want the largest figure in his church to presided over his wedding and such... and still not share all of this one particular Preachers views.

On the warmonger comment something can seem harsh but at the same time can be absolutely true. Let's look at the meaning of the word.

war·mon·ger
noun a person who advocates, endorses, or tries to precipitate war.
noun a person who advocates war or warlike policies [syn: militarist]

And now compare that to Mr. McCain's actions. That seems fair.

Yes... looking at his actions I must agree John McCain does tend to be a warmonger.

Okaaaaaaay? No one can prove anything about God one way or the other. That's why it's all called "faith".

The bottom line here though is Hagee and McCain's other great spiritual inspiration crack pot evangelist Rod Parsley (who's crazy train World Harvest Church is like a half mile down the road from my house) say things that hurt people, divide people and advocate violence in the name of God. Which I personally disagree with.

Senator Obama advocates a coming together... and I like that train of thought.

LOL……… No, Hitler was not ok with me, and no I do not defend Hitler. All I am saying is that WW2 and Hitler’s actions did end up fulfilling a prophecy. In the Old Testament, there was a man, Jeremiah who said that all of his people would be killed or captured by Babylon. That made the people so mad that they killed him but he was right, it did happen. The Creator of the universe used Babylon to fulfill something he had told Jeremiah. It doesn’t mean I like Babylon it just means I see what happened and same with WW2. The Creator has used many mean horrible corrupt evil crazy and mean people through out time to do certain things. Why?? I don’t know, maybe we will be able to ask these questions some day.

I wonder if Barbara Feinstein, Lautenberg, Boxer, and Schumer think he was too. They, being Jews, are in the forefront in pushing gun control. Guess they forgot what happened when Hitler disarmed their brethren.

Do you think what happened in WW2 could happen again here in America?

I think it could happen again but in Germany or Europe but I just cant think it would or could happen here in the United States.

Maybe Barbara Boxer and Diane Feinstein and the group are just sure it could not happen here.

Dont get me wrong, I do not like their idea of gun control. If they had their way there would be no second amendment. but I just think they dont see us ever having something like Hitler did here in the USA
