1/6 was a riot by frustrated Trump supporters. They were not funded and organized by Trump unlike the riots of 2020 which were funded, organized and encouraged by democrats.
Encouraging people to peacefully demonstrate which is their right is not a crime. And yes Trump did leave office on Jan 20th.
Hillary Clinton claimed the 2016 election was stolen should she be in prison now?
did hillary incite people at a mass protest the day the votes were being counted? no? duh
did she call on her supporters to "stop the steal" the day the votes were being counted? no? duh
i've seen pictures of the documents he hid. all full of confidential ones.
The picture that was release showed top secret cover sheets on some of the documents in an unsecured location.

That was not, nor was it 'organized to be peaceful. It was for Trump to not be replaced as president. For once Pence did his job and the coup failed.

Anybody who thinks that motely group of people was some well oiled well organized attempt to take down the United states government is a brain dead idiot! The people involved were not even on the same page. Many refused to go into the capital and some while there objected to what many others were doing. Not all of them were violent either.
Why would the DC police just stand aside and allow people to take over our government? Why didn't they put their lives on the line?
Why is Ray Epps not in custody and why would the NY times and MSM be defending him? He was encouraging an overthrow of the government on video! Why is Biden's FBI not arresting him? Liars.
Democrats wanted what happened and are playing it for all it's worth.
