Many make it illegal to even have a still . My self I see nothing wrong with a person being legally to own a small 1 gallon to 2 gallons till which will make 1/2 a gallonn or less to 1 gallon of shine nd being able to have as much as 3 gallons to 5 gallons on hand its all about money for the government
