I think not. The special counsel investigating him in is the pocket of Democrat officials. He was appointed by the most faithful of Biden supporters, Merrick Garland and we know the special counsel is not likely to upset Garland with unapproved findings. Comey said he knew Hillary was guilty in her mishandling of government documents, but he unilaterally forgave her, knowing the overwhelming majority of government officials in DC did not want her charged.

Biden not only has the support from the mysterious "19 government intelligence agencies" Hillary claimed had evidence of the later debunked Trump/Russian collusion conspiracy theory, but he also has the full support of the leftist media who claim that Biden's motives for taking documents he was not authorized to take was excusable whereas Trump took documents he was allowed to take but his actions were not excusable because his motives were evil. The leftists do not explain how they supposedly arrived at those conclusions.

Biden is just as guilty of trump of having classified material if not more so as he had it in his care for YEARS and improperly stored . however they will not go after a sitting president very hard we all know how that works out. But after hes not president it could be a different story as with trump who got 91 charges . You can bet if LYING BBIDEN lives long enough and republicans get control again it will be his ass.

I doubt he needs to worry at all. He and Pence didn't and won't warrant prosecution. And you won't get to see any details of the documents, in any event.

Indictments against Trump are nearly all political and unjust when viewed alongside similar 'crimes' committed by Democrats who are never indicted for the same thing.
