Lying about the sex or the payment is not a crime in this case. Trying to keep the sex from coming out is not a crime. Paying thousands of dollars to hush it up is not a crime. There is no crime here which is why no prosecutor ever brought charges against Trump before Bragg when the alleged crimes were fresh.

Bragg is a stooge of the Democrat party who past, present, and future completely depends on him satisfying the ungodly and illegal desires of his party leaders who have been seeking to take President Trump down for 7 years with no letup. Bragg had to rework the facts to fit a narrative that he thinks will allow him to illegally prosecute the president, but that is unjust. The statue of limitations already expired but Bragg came up with a novel way to ignore those laws in order to falsely try Trump in a corrupt court with a tainted jury and a raging Trump-hating partisan Democrat judge.
