Yes. The FBI spies who lied by telling Flynn he was not being investigated asked him if he had spoken to a particular foreigner that they knew he had spoken to in a meet and greet. Flynn did not remember talking with the guy because he had talked with dozens of people at the event and did not say anything of significance to any of them.

The whole thing was a set up. Flynn broke no laws by talking with the guy. No US security was breached by talking with the guy. The only thing Flynn was charged with was 'lying' because he said he did not remember talking with the guy which was entirely legal. The Obama spy team committed many such crimes in efforts to seditiously overthrow the legitimately elected government under President Donald J. Trump.
