No, it's not all it takes. . .but it's a hell of a lot better than "being a fundamentalist Christian," having a "something like" a post graduate degree in law, and signing a pledge against any efforts to increase revenues!

When you prove (using actual tax receipts) that higher rates automatically equate to greater revenues then we can have an actual discussion on that issue.

It's also a lot better than being "a soccer mom," to have been a prisoner of war, or to have been a drunk "son of wealthy father," who drives the country to bankrupcy through illegal wars and tax break mostly for the wealthy.

The war was not illegal by any stretch, and the idea that the war and the taxs cuts alone have caused our financial problems has been debunked numerous times already on this site alone. If you want, I can do it again I suppose.

I never said it was not possible for him to get good grades, I said no one knows if he got good grades because he had all of his records sealed when he was running.

No one knows his grades from Kindergarten through any college, all records are sealed. Though It might be possible to get his records while he was in school in Indonesia since he cant control those records.

Had you been paying attention to the thread and not just looking for a reason to pick at my post you would have noticed that Pocket posted that his education was part of what qualified him for president. Then I posted to pocket that no one has ever seen his grades, he could have gotten an F in everything for all we know since every record since kindergarten were sealed before he became president.

I am not saying he got all F's or that he ever even got one F and I am not insinuating that because he is black he got bad grades. I am stating a fact that no one has ever seen his school records so I am not sure how they can be used for or against him.

George Bush didn't get great grades, he averaged a c in most subjects, we know that because his records were released. Clinton did much better. How do you know obama got good grades or did well? His records have never been released?

We know what he achieved in the academic circles. You do not get to that level in academia if you get a C average.

I don't pretend anything about him. I do not know his IQ or his GPA so I cant really say he is the smartest president we have ever had like the media does and I cannot say he was a great student since I have no idea. That is not pretending, that is just a fact.
