The FBI refused to hand over a bureau form allegedly describing a “criminal scheme” involving then-Vice President Joe Biden and an unnamed “foreign national” after Rep. James Comer (R-KY) issued a subpoena with a Wednesday noon deadline.

Comer, the chairman of the House Oversight Committee, described the reasoning behind the subpoena in a letter sent to FBI Director Christopher Wray and Attorney General Merrick Garland last week. The letter, written jointly with Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA), sought FBI information on a confidential informant who alleged an unspecified pay-to-play scheme by the now-president.

That's how they all start. Democrats were after trump before he took took office And I doubt anything will happen to Biden untill he's out of office if he is guilty of anything.All goes back years and involves hunter. The current crisis Trump is in is of his own doing and the FBI did not have influence from Biden to pursue. Garland had verified that.

If they can prove something against biden, charge him.

Exactly. Boston has long been a hotbed of mob corruption and J. Edgar Hoover and the FBI mob framed 4 men for a murder the FBI knew the 4 men did not commit, resulting in 3 men receiving the death penalty and one man a life sentence. It took the US Congress to investigate the wrongful convictions over the obstruction of FBI head Robert Mueller to clear the men and release the remaining two innocent men nearly 30 years after their illegitimate conviction. One man remained in prison for the last 10 years behind bars because Robert Mueller refused to honor the unanimous parole board recommendation that he be released.
