Trump was a great president and while some claim everyone wanted him removed, in truth it was only crooked, compromised, and/or corrupt Democrats who desperately wanted Trump destroyed. Likewise, everyone did not want Shokin fired and the investigation into Burisma and Zlochevsky shut down, just the corrupt people and officials benefitting in some way from the crimes of the mobsters who wanted the investigation shut down.

Biden got his way by threatening to withhold US aid promised by Congress if the Ukrainian president did not do just exactly what Joe Biden personally ordered him to do.
