On Sept. 17, 1789, the delegates to the Philadelphia Constitutional Convention signed the new Constitution of the United States, that they had written to replace the Artricles of Confederation, and sent it to the States for ratification.

It has since been legally amended 27 times, with the first ten coming as a group. On the other hand, various politicians have been hacking away at it ever since it was passed, shunning the legal amendment procedures and even admitting that their desired changes would never pass muster with the voters. Instead, they try to pretend it didn't say what it said or that the Federal government had more powers than it gave them.

The democrats dont like the Consitution. Like why they keep appointing people like Sotomayor, Ginsburg and Kagan who dont give a damn about the Consitution? These 3 People are racists. Just you wait til the Tea Party gets members of congress and senate and Sarah Palin fofr President and she will get Judge Bork and David Duke in the US supreme court.

Well Judges always make Cops obey the Consitution. If Cops raid a killers home without a warrent Judges will throw the case out and the Killer goes free. If Cops make the criminal confess the crime and the criminal says "" I WANT A LAWYER!"" And Cops dont give him that lawyer Judges will throw the confession out. How come Judges make cops obey the Consitution but thde Judges wont make the politicans obey them?
