We could if we had business willing to invest and not be taxed to death also you need the property owners permission, Private farmers have neen doing this for years with some crops and even live stock areas its nothing new.

I'll be damned....that's NE Boulder!! That tallest peak (in the back-range) is Longs Peak.
I was treated every day, with that view (and, 13% humidity), for 21 years. ​

what part of Pennsylvania ? I grew up in Martins ferry OHIO across the river from wheeling wv and I knew so people in Pensulvania you ay have heard of suck as chucky porter and Paul hankish who did a lot of business there along with Charlie Maroon who was also doing business with Pennsylvania peoples among others
