Ties? Lol
Meaningless vague moron word
What does the word "ties" mean with regards to Dominion and Smartmatic? You can figure that out for yourself by looking into the factual records. Unlike those who bristle at any reported detail that casts a shadow on their favorite political party I couldn't care less about who owns what or who is involved with whom. Just let the truth be known and let the chips fall where they may. Manufacturers and suppliers of voting machines in the US are more inextricably linked to each other than people might think. Here is more on Smartmatic:

A 2012 filing of the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado stated that Sequoia Voting Systems was “indirectly owned by Venezeulan citizens” before restructuring into a shell company to evade US regulators. Smartmatic, the software company that operates Dominion voting machines, acquired Sequoia in 2005.

Tracy Beanz, editor-in-chief of UncoverDC, posted screenshots of the filing on her Twitter account exposing Sequoia’s past.

The Objection to Smartmatic’s Motions for Authority and Standing to Prosecute Causes of Action was between SVS Holdings and Smartmatic USA Corporation. SVS Holdings was a shell company with no employees; its sole purpose was to hold shares of Sequoia.

"ties" is vague and meaningless by itself moron.

if you look hard enough, you can "tie" anything to anything. duh.

let me know when you prove fraud with credible evidence that convinces a judge. lol

but your article does show that smartmatic and dominion are competitors, not somehow tied to each other. lol

To put it plainly, records show Soros had an ownership stake in Smartmatic and his man Brown remained in the leadership in Smartmatic until after the 2020 election. Smartmatic effectively controls Dominion.

No, both Dominion and Smartmatic have ties to George Soros and are both committed to promoting Democrat candidate wins no matter the cost.

Smartmatic, or rather Smartmatic's parent corporation SVS, sued Dominion voting systems in 2012 over an alleged breach of contract. Dominion lost.

FACTUAL ALLEGATIONS

30. On June 4, 2010, Sequoia and Dominion US entered into an Asset Purchase Agreement (the “2010 APA”). Under the 2010 APA, Dominion US purchased from Sequoia substantially all of the assets of Sequoia (again, excluding accounts receivable, cash balances, and tax assets) for an aggregate of $7.5 million, consisting of approximately $3 million in cash plus up to an aggregate of $4.5 million in contingent payments.

83. Dominion US did not give value to the Debtor in exchange for the 2010 Transfer and did not enter into the 2010 Transfer in good faith.

84. Accordingly, the 2010 Transfer should be avoided and set aside as a fraudulent transfer under C.R.S. §§ 38-8-105 and 106 and/or Delaware Code tit. 6, §§ 1304 and 1305.
