Biden funds terrorists and issues sanctions against the victims of terrorism. That is similar to what Obama did by giving the hundreds of millions of dollars owed to American victims of Iranian terrorists to the terrorists instead. Obama did the same thing by obstructing payments to victims of Palestinian terrorists while freeing up money going to fund the terrorists.
