I read it word by word. Kindly point out any one of the "views" that was listed as a statement of fact. Your reference was nothing more than a sociological blurb on the various views that people take and failed to mention what the actual facts are. As I have never read that book, I don't know whether they ever actually get around to stating the facts or not.
