What we do not need

Only a few billionaires exist in nations ruled by tyrants, many of whom have made themselves obscenely wealthy by robbing their people. Billionaires are often hugely responsible for high standards of living in countries with free markets
Let's see you prove this.
Billionaires are not philanthropists who descend on countries to make everyone rich.
They are people who generally have monopolized a particular sector of the economy.
Billionaires do not engage in actual labor. It is very rare that they invented any product or service. It is more common that they have bought out an existing business.

Billionaires are often college graduates who were taught in schools how to take advantage of what the nation offered in the way of schooling and opportunities to study and work hard to accumulate wealth. Along the way many businessmen who become billionaires do so by creating jobs for others and stimulating the economy. Many 3rd world nations remain dirt poor because the government and laws of those poor nations do not protect investors willing to invest in businesses in those nations, so the businessmen do not invest, and the people suffer.

What actually happens is that wealthy people in poor countries invest their money in the US, Europe and Asia, rather than in their own countries. Billionaires are not interested in creating jobs, they are interested in in making profits. Poor countries remain poor because their own wealthy people sop up wealth from the poor and reinvest it in Wall Street.

No one needs a billion dollars to live comfortably, or to be a successful capitalist.

Trump did not "study and work hard" he inherited a huge fortune and invested in a variety of losing businesses.

You makr profits when you create jobs dun dun . Poor nations remain poor because of the following lack of natural resources political policy's war . Not because of billionaires .

Yeah, right. There are very few countries that have all the resources of the Democratic Republic of Congo, and it is worse off now than it was when the Belgians left in many ways. The money from the natural resources goes to multinational corporations outside the DRC.

There are few states that produce more than Louisiana, but Louisiana is always in the bottom five states when it comes to average income. This is because Louisiana is dominated by Big Oil, and Big Oil is the most corrupt industry on the planet. Louisiana leads the nation in corruption.

As you can see by the graph in the link I posted the oil industry is only a very small part of their economy , again where did you get your phd from and where did you teach .

Now perhaps you need a additional education in economics as to who makes what.
The states that are most reliant on energy are Alaska, where it accounted for 70% of state revenues ($1.1 billion) in fiscal 2019; Wyoming, where energy and other minerals yielded 52% of state revenues ($2.2 billion) in FY2017; and North Dakota, which reaped 45% of its revenues ($1.6 billion) from energy production in fiscal 2017.

Yes this will keep you poor for sure

As of 2021, the average annual salary of the oil and gas sector was 94,426 U.S. dollars in North America, and 120,988 U.S. dollars in Australasia.

Where do you get your information the liberal hand book of lies and misconceptions .

If you put rich people out of business, then what will happen to those poor people whose lives are made better because of businesses owned by rich people?

If the government of Congo protected business entrepreneurs, the way businessmen in the US have been protected by the Constitution and traditional US values then businessmen would go there to start businesses and create jobs for poor people like they do in America.

Louisiana is where the largest refineries and the largest petrochemical industries are. Louisiana also produces gas and oil.

Do you actually believe that everyone who has a PhD in every subject actually is required to learn all about the oil industry? Because they are not. That is the sort of thing that economics majors study.

Politicians should at least educate themselves about the direct correlation between repressing energy production in the US and rising gasoline prices. At least Obama knew his coal shuttering plan was going to hurt poor people because of rising electric rates.

Uttered in 2008, still haunting Obama

Here’s one line that President Barack Obama might want to rewind: “Under my plan … electricity rates would necessarily skyrocket.”

Electricity rates have NOT skyrocketed. And Obama is not running for anything, so I doubt that he is haunted.
