All any government anywhere does is tax and spend. NYC has had both good times and bad, and Momdani (unlike you) knows history pretty well. I bet he does a better job than his predecessors.

Sadly, too many NYC residents have put their trust in the political hack who will not be able to meet their expectations and hopes they based on his empty promises.
