President Obama will visit Ft. Hood

"Neocon": A liberal who has joined the Republican party.

Thomas Sowell is about as far from that as you can get.

Nice try at denigrating someone you can't refute, though.

You need to readjust your definition of neocon.

Sowell criticized Obama nixing the missile shield. He should have lauded the decision and encouraged MORE spending cuts.

At least, I thought living within your means is what "conservatives" are about.

Am I wrong?

I'll give Obama points for stating at the memorial that God
will deal with Hasan in the afterlife.

Obama said "no just and loving God looks with favor upon the Fort Hood slayings, and that the shooter ultimately will meet justice "in this world and the next."

But Obama needs to actually deal with this act of terrorism harshly and
pursue the death penalty for Hasan!

Somehow I doubt he will!

To be fair, your state sucks...you gave us the Palin! you should be punished...though you do have that vampires issue when it gets dark for a month strait. Hope he gets to your state though soon,I missed it when he was in MN, but while I like and support him, not that big a deal to me to go see him.I know where I will be for Vets day anyway...work most of the day

My God!!! This guy wants to PUNISH a person becaused he lives in the state Sarah Palin was born,-- NOW ,you must see why most fear liberal agenda!!!

My God , what have we done???? Come on ELECTION 2010!!

"I dont know of any that has been but tonight I heard a report by the terrorists attorney that he can not get a fair trial because the president has brought too much attention by saying he will go visit."

On the surface my first thought is you're lying again. I doubt any any attorney would make the absurd claim about the president's visit to Ft. Hood casting an "unfair trial" influence over his client. To believe that baloney would indicate there had been no media attention on the event until the president announced his intention to visit Ft. Hood.

If this isn't just another of your lies, provide a verfiable link to the actual quote.

You need to readjust your definition of neocon.

Maybe the neocons need to adjust what they are. For starters, they should go back to the Democrat party, or some other party that preaches big spending, intrusiveness, and socialism.

A conservative is someone who believes in a limited government whose powers are restricted to doing only things that private individuals or groups cannot do (not "cannot do well").

Since the U.S. Constitution is a mostly conservative document (except for references to slaves, a post office, and some later amendments), far more so than most other documents currently in force, conservatives will nearly always support enforcing it as it was originally written and intended.

Way to duck the fiscal conservative point.

I expected nothing less.
