Yes, The Berg case. I mentioned it in the same post, but maybe it was lost among all my word games. The basis of the case was that the otherwise legitimatly %100 legal document was a forgery. This was dismissed without standing by the US District Court, the USSC, including specifically with Justice Scolia probably the most conservative Justice on the Court. It was also dismissed by the US Third District Appeals Court

One of Bergs complaints is that none of these judges considered any evidence when throwing it out of court, no judge here saw any documents, obama sent his attorneys on the first day of court in each Berg case and asked for the case to be dismissed and it was granted. There was no documents shown to any judge in the berg cases,

But in the story they reported that It was thrown out because it was "frivolous and not worthy of discussion." and did "not constitute an injury in fact"
No judge saw any evidence for or against obama. obama's attorneys had it thrown first thing in the morning on the first day of court. All the cases I know of have gone this way except for the military man who does not have to report to Afganistan and that judge did say he will eventually look at Allan Keys evidence on obamas birth.

all are in agreement the case was thrown out because obamas attorneys asked for the case to be thrown out on the claim that it was "frivolous and not worthy of discussion." and did "not constitute an injury in fact" and the judge agreed with them and threw it out, BEFORE a trial. It would be at a trial evidence was shown, obamas team did not show any evidence in this case or in any other case as of yet.

U.S. District Judge R. Barclay Surrick had denied Berg’s request for a temporary restraining order on Aug. 22 but had not ruled on the merits of the suit until yesterday. Obama and the Democratic National Committee had asked Surrick to dismiss Berg’s complaint in a court filing on Sept. 24.
They said that Berg’s claims were “ridiculous” and “patently false,” that Berg had “no standing” to challenge the qualifications of a candidate for president because he had not shown the requisite harm to himself.
Surrick agreed.
In a 34-page memorandum and opinion, the judge said Berg’s allegations of harm were “too vague and too attenuated” to confer standing on him or any other voters. Surrick ruled that Berg’s attempts to use certain laws to gain standing to pursue his claim that Obama was not a natural-born citizen were “frivolous and not worthy of discussion.”

So no, still the one thing that people questioning obamas birth certificate want still has not happened.
he has not shown it to any judge, he sends his attorneys to have the cases thrown out instead, he has spent millions of dollars on attorneys having cases thrown out of court rather than produce the frakin certificate.
You can go to bergs website where he has updates on the case and look through it.
Strange thing is though all the news outlets who wrote about it that I have gone back to so I can copy and paste for you all say the same thing.. they cant find the story.
